Catwoman sure it counts 😉 My feet are even smaller than yours being size 2 in childrens and I am 4'6 inches tall 39 years old female..
My perspective, for every guy tickler that would prefer big feet on women,there are those guy ticklers that love small feet on women,and I am always the willing ticklee offering my feet to be tickled to say that despite our size of feet is smaller,our ticklishness of our feet is sometimes maybe overlooked because guys that prefer larger feet to tickle want a bigger area to tickle..
I say ,.to each their own.. while my small feet are hyper ticklish and I love them being tickled..if the ler tickling my feet isn;t enjoying or thoroughly loving tickling them then I can sometimes sense the ler loves the ticklishness but desired a larger foot..

Actually I had a question for you guys regarding shoesize.
Can anyone compare the European to the American system. Because everyone always talks of size this and size that... but my poor little European brain is unaware of it's meaning compared to the system i'm familiar with.
Same for the height systems. (learned it once but forgot).

I am a big fan of ladies with small feet, they are soo cute and alot more fun to tickle as you can cover them with a single hand. Having said that I am more of a belly tickling fan really but I used to have a girlfriend called Lulu who's idea of relaxing from a hard day at work (she was a nurse) was to take her shoes off, put her feet in my lap and let me tickle and play with them until she fell asleep.
She was only 5ft 1 and had the daintiest little feet, they were really ticklish too, so she'd wiggle them constantly and laugh and giggle so much, sometimes she couldn't speak for laughing but she absolutely loved it and got upset if I stopped.
I never quite worked out how that much 'stimulation' could have such a soporific effect on her but perhaps it just tired her out... i don't know.
I have to admit sometimes I'd tickle her as she slept too, hearing someone giggle in their sleep has to be one of the biggest turn-ons in the world... don't you think!!

OMG I LOVE SMALL FEET so perfect for nibbling and lightly raking my teeth over the sole. And the small toes OMG yum! Just perfect for shrimping and tickling with my tounge as I lightly flick it around the small soft pads.
