5th pic...Now, although i'm a foot guy, i'd have to tickle 'the other area' first. Far too exposed to ignore!!!

Keep cool for the 4th pic: there are no splinters.
For the 5th pic, I could add a hand with a feather tickling 'the other area'. Perhaps in a following post.
