Hey guys.

I was wondering if anybody has the Britney Spears tickling pic. I am not talking about a fake pic, this one is REAL. It's an old pic, i think it is from when she had an injured knee(early in her career). In the pic her leg is proped up on a table or something and a doctor is touching her knee(her most ticklish spot!!) and she is laughing. I want this pic soo bad so if anybody can help me i wauld greatly appreciate it.
