Real Torture Situation

Okay, the other night I had a dream that I had been kidnapped, along with a woman, and we had been tied down to tables and tickle tortured. ( the first tickle dream I've ever had incidentally).
"Great, lucky you" I hear you say. However, thinking about it the next day, it occured to me how frightening it would actually be should you be tied down and tickled against your will. Don't get me wrong, I love the stories about tickle maniacs going to town on helpless soles, but after all, it is just fantasy. The dream I had was very realistic. The laughter of the woman being tickled was forced and tortured, she didn't want it to happen. I myself felt a great sense of panic, being at the mercy of a sadistic tickler.
As I've said, some may say that it is a dream to be envied. When it is actually being experienced though, it is a sharp reminder that should some tickling fantasies, should they ever become real, may well be a pretty horrific and frightening experience for the ticklee. It was only after having this dream that I've felt this way. What does anyone else think?

I think you may well have to experience it yourself to fully appreciate it. I love fantasising about non-con torture, and I don't think I speak for myself when I say that the non-con clips made by PV were very entertaining to watch, but I myself would never dream of doing such a thing. (Wait, I just told you I fantasised about it, didn't I? Dammit! 😀 ) I'm not surprised that you should have a dream like that, and it feel so real. I've had plenty of dreams where I'm being chased by various monsters of some sort, and they are actually terrifying. I feared for my life when I was asleep. One time when I was younger, I had a dream in which two Velociraptors jumped on me, and I FELT them cutting into my waist with their claws before I woke up. Disturbing.

Anyway, before I comletely go off the point: yes, it would be a horrible experience to go through something like that, but (apart from PV) I don't think I've ever heard about that sort of thing actually happening. But you say you only only realised this after your dream - does that mean that before you would have considered tying and tickling someone against their will? I don't want to offend you, but I think most reasonable people would never dream of doing that in real life. That's why paedophiles are so evil: they actually carry out their fantasies on defenseless kids - even if I understand that their 'fetish' as such is something that they can't really help, I can't accept that.

Judging by many of the stories posted, I think a lot of us have fantasized non-con tickle torture. Even me, a bondage coward, has imagined it. Plus, I really enjoy the stories posted here about it as well.

But in reality, I would equate non consentual bondage and tickling to rape because the fun is taken away and becomes an exercise in control. Almost anyone who is ticklish has no control over the reaction to being tickled, and the perpetrator knows it. So if it was non consentual, and it's against someone's will, what does that tend to be called?

Oh well, I'm off my soapbox and on my way to school in a little while. Talk about a masochistic streak (school that is!).😉

Absolutely!! Everything we discuss here should assume that all parties are consenting. Stories and fantasies are fine, that's why they're called 'stories'. But the things we do in real life should only be done with consent. That means no tricking them to say yes or to sign a release. Otherwise, it would be a crime which I believe should be handled like rape or any other serious crime.

For me, I only feel comfortable to tie and tickle someone that I am fairly close to and that I know trusts me.

What happened to you back then was truly horrific, but I'm amazed at how calmly and acceptingly you talk about it now, and how you are getting on with your life. According to Freud (?) Our innermost minds are made up of three parts. The Id, Ego, and Super Ego. The Super Ego is the champion of all that's true, and just, and decent, which is fine, as long as it doesn't take over everything. The Id is the darker, more sinister part, where, even subconscionly, evil toughts and feelings dwell. The Ego is the part that regulates the other two, allowing a mix of both that is (usually) considered acceptable. Surely there have been times when many, if not all of us have thought about, or fantaized about tickling someone a little bit more than they could stand. This is nothing to be ashamed of, as long as the Super Ego knows it's wrong, and the Ego shuts down the Id's impulses to do it. This being the case, sometimes the Id expresses itself in dreams. This, too, involves the subconscious, over which we have little, or no control. Again, many, if not all of us, have had dreams we would never act out in real life, or want to have happen to us in real life. I think Star Trek fans would find this best illustrated by the episode The Enemy Within in which Captain Kirk splits into two different personas, one good, and kind. Brave, but unable to make hard decisions. The other evil, lustful, fearful of being controled again, but considered essential for the ability to command, the moral of the story being, man needs both parts, the good and the bad, to survive. So, I wouldn't worry about those dreams, Don. Just chalk it up to a different kind of nightmare. I have "My house falling apart" nightmares all the time! Chin up!

I have plenty of pretty dark, tickle-torture scenario fantasies, but I occassionally catch myself stepping outside the context of a tickle fetishist and thinking about it from a neutral perspective...and it is very scary, and gives me a bit of a wiggins to think of someone going through that, especially someone I know. Confined to the realm of fantasy I'm totally fine, but I'm more reassured than anything that I know I would never be sick enough to act out something like that.


Well, ok, MAYBE with Jennifer Garner ...
