It seems like I'm the only person who's seen this thing. It's not a great scene, but I've never seen it mentioned anywhere. It's in what I think is the first Ernest movie: Dr. Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam. There's a scene after one of the evil doctor's female assistants helped the heroes escape.; he has her tied to a chair and this guy in a robot suit is tickling her about the neck and shoulders with a feather duster. It last for about a minute, not much onscreen tickling but the woman is heard laughing in the backround for about 30 seconds, and it's quite obviously fake. Just thought I'd put my two cents in for this section.
