Really ticklish, but not evenly distributed?

Is anybody else like me, in that you're really ticklish, but only in very specific areas?
From my general tickling activies on other people, I've noticed that, for example, no matter where I tickle somebody on their stomach, they will laugh. Obviously different areas produce more/less laughter, but all-in-all, they have a ticklish stomach.
But in my case, somebody could tickle my stomach and produce zero reaction, then move half an inch up or down, and have me in hysterics.
I got absolutely tortured the other week (might post a story about it), but the ler noticed that unless she got me in really specific areas, I barely laughed, however touching those places drove me insane!

Everybody has their own specific tickle map, so to speak. Some people are only sensitive in one or two spots( and maybe then only to the correct touch or technique) and others are all over(just look at them or wiggle your fingers and they laugh). The skill of the 'ler, level of tickling touch, and mood etc of the 'lee add further variations to the mix. "Mapping" a 'lee is a fun experience.

Not uncommon at all. I myself have very precise spots (sides, underarms, soles) that drive me nuts when they're tickled in very precise ways. In different places, or using different techniques, being tickled may do nothing for me.

My friend is the same, but not overly ticklish.
I'm extremely ticklish on my feet and toes but
also very ticklish everywhere else.. 🙂

Lol I wouldnt worry about it. Being this ticklish can
be considered a curse lol 😛

My boyfriend is kind of the same way but a little different.
He's only ticklish in certain spots with certain techniques for example licking his stomach drives him crazy but using fingers does nothing.
But fingers on his ribs are bad.
Also certain spots turn on and off depending on his mood.
Sometimes his feet are super ticklish... other times he says light tickling on his feet feels good.
Sometimes if I lick his nipples it feels good and turns him on... other times hes in hysterics.
Same with his neck.
Weird... and can also be very frustrating!! lol
