When is major league baseball gonna wake up and try to create some type of level playing field.
Hell in a few years the Yankees and Red Sox may be the only two teams left in baseball and can really buy any players they want .
Crawford is a wonderful player but he isnt in elite category yet the Red Sox had no problem giving him 7yrs and at least 140 million.
Earlier in the week Sox stole Adrian Gonzalez for three minor leaguers. I know these were '' blue chip '' prospects but all Padres can hope is that one of three pans out to be a real player .
Yankees spend four hundred million on Sabathia and Texiera and will likely get Lee cause Yankees will sit back and wait for highest bid then annihilate it just because they can .
Yankees will probably also end up with Zach Greinke for whatever marginal minorleaguers they choose to dump on Royals .
Seriously, Do the Yankees and Sox now privately own MLB ???
