Relationship/Music Question

Recently I came across a scenario involving music and a young lady I was diggin', some thoughts came to mind and I was curious for some insight. For the folks in committed, or non-committed relationships for that matter, do you share musical interests? How do you jive on that level? It's interesting because it seems we gravitate towards what we're in resonance with and music tends to be such a magentic, attractive thing in terms of vibrations.

For the folks in committed, or non-committed relationships for that matter, do you share musical interests? No. Not a single bit on melody/genre.

How do you jive on that level? Another level. The technical aspect, of which I need solid support...

If you take what I like and what she likes, there's a fairly decent overlap there. We both like rock classics such as The Beatles and Led Zeppelin. We both like orchestral soft rock. We jive on that level by dancing the Watusi and the Freddy whenever possible.
