World-renowned researcher on marriage and relationships, Dr. John Gottman, says there are four negative patterns that often sound familiar to fighting couples.

Gottman tells Anderson that these four elements predict divorce, and called it "the four horsemen of the apocalypse."

Gee, I went four for four in my marriage and quickly was divorced(DUH!) Our conflict resolution skills were nonexistent. This Gottman got plan and gives great "don't go there" advice. If you must "win" the arguement with your spouse, you have so lost already. Jag, you have to have three mothers-in-law to reach 4HotA status. 😉
