remember a long time ago ont he "Mr. Men" cartoon

I remember a long time ago on that cartoon one of the mr. men, a blue one was in a movie for some reason and they were filming a robin hood kinda movie and he ran into the female cartoon character who was playing like the damsel and not remembering his lines he yelled at her she started craying, he pulled the feather out of his hat and tickled her feet with it, she laughed very hard. kinda silly scene but good memory

There was actually a character on that show called "Mr. Tickle". And he really lived up to the name. I remember that only cause he was my favorite.
