Just go to the vidclip forum and click on "post topic".

Fill out the subject and message fields with the description of the clip.

Click on the "browse" button(below the message field) and locate the clip you wish to upload( it must be under 2MB in size and have one of the valid file extensions listed under the browse button). Click on the clip, then the "open" button.

Click on the "submit new thread" button and wait for it to upload( depending on your modem speed and the size of the clip, it could take a few minutes).
