request advice from 'lees on how to screen prospective 'lers prior to meeting

I posted about a young lady interested in being a paid 'lee. Any advice on how to arrange safe meetings would be appreciated. She is not open for bondage, but is a tiny young lady.

To get started, here are a few suggestions...

Keep the lines of communication open between the young lady and any client.
The first in-person meeting should be in a public location, such as a restaurant.
The client should allow the young lady to have a safety companion with her at all times -- not just at the first in-person meeting, but also during the scene.

Excellent advice, Adam! I hadn't even thought of a safety companion, but upon hearing it would ABSOLUTELY advise for any young lady, especially for a paid session.

The other things you suggested; "public location", and "lines of communication" (talk extensively through whatever means you are comfortable with - {PM/PC/Email/Skype} to get a good feel for the personality of the 'ler and a good understanding of her ground rules) should be standard fare for ANY meetup for anyone anytime anywhere. I sincerely hope that everyone who ever considers a meetup does that; m or f, lee or ler.

Sorry to be the second 'ler in a row to reply to a request for advice from 'lees, but amongst caring 'lers there is a great amount of concern for 'lees safety and feelings.
