I remember back in the 70's, my father subscribed to National Geographic. One issue had a picture of this couple sitting in a stream and it looked like the man was grasping the ankle of the lady and was tickling the bottom of her bare foot. I was a teenager and was intrigued by the image. Is it on this forum maybe? The only thing I remember about the magazine was that the cover showed Washington DC at night. Please keep an eye out for it.
