Try visiting the Original Art section of the TMF. An artist called "Gripped Chimp" once did an April O' Neill tickling pic and posted it there. And by the way, TMNT is not an anime. It's animated, but it's not an anime.

the only clip I found of april was here in the tmf video clips section
just go to the bottom of the screen and where it says 30 days
and put it to the beginning and near the last page there is the clip
in mpg or real don't remember

DBZSupaKai, are you sure there was more than one episode where April got tickled? I don't recall Baxter(the fly guy)ever tickling April. As far as I know, the only time she ever got tickled was by one of the villians.
