Does anyone have the picture of a meter maid handcuffed to a parking meter and foot tickled by a stout middle-aged lady, i saw it but i can't seem to find it again. Thanks

Sorry, yeah i should have put it in requests, but thanks anyways for posting it. Well now there is art in this thread so i guess it can stay in artwork.
