Ric Flair vs. Bret Hart

Don't forget about Batista. That guy sucks in the ring UNLESS it's against the Undertaker. Vince single-handedly killed the Cruiserweight division by putting the frakking belt on Hornswaggle. From then on, most of the smaller guys with legitimate wrestling talent like Jimmy Wang Yang and Shannon Moore were stepping-stones for meatheads like Khali, Vladimir Kozlov and Zeke Jackson.

I think it was killed when you put guys like Mysterio and Guererro against heavyweights

Yes they were popular but some guys dont belong in the heavyweight division

I dont want to see Kali vs Mysterio or for TNA, Matt Morgan vs Christopher Daniels. The size differential ruins the match

I like Flair, but Bret Hart was the better wrestler. He was technically sound. Or as the late Gorilla Monsoon would say " the Excellence of Execution. "

I don't think there has ever been a better wrestler. Guys like the late Curt Henning and Bob Bachland come to mind when it comes to sound technical wrestlers. But better than Bret Hart??? I don't know. There have been more popular wrestlers but better??? I am not sure.

Bill Goldberg vs them both! And I bet any money that Bill Goldberg would win too!

and this is the dumbest post ive ever seen about wrestling on here

goldberg was an awful wrestler, was shoved down people's throats in WCW and was only brought into WWE because of the name recognition it defenitly wasnt for his in ring talent or mic skill (he didnt have either).

He was let go from WWE because he flopped there, WWE fans didnt seem to buy into Goldberg and all of his big matches where he had a chance to showcase talent he disappointed and made it look as if he had no wrestling training at all

My favorite Goldberg match was his last in WWE against Brock Lesnar. All the fans knew they both were headed elsewhere so they didn't give a rat's ass about the match.

As far as best technical wrestlers, my top 5 would be:

1. Kurt Angle
2. Bret Hart
3. Chris Benoit (He who does not exist in WWE)
4. Ted DiBiase- Say what you will, he was an excellent in-ring technician (and is undefeated against Bret Hart)
5. Kurt Hennig "Mr. Perfect"

So.......if no one gave a damn about the match, what makes it good?

Everyone recognized Goldberg for what he was. Plus, there are very few WWE matches where the crowd chants for the duration. You only see that in the old ECW and in Canada.
