If you don't mind I have a few questions for anyone who knows the answers.

1. Can you tell me which episode or DVD this clip is from?

2. Are there any other tickling scenes in the series?

3. Is this anime any good? As I've been looking to get some for a while and this looks as good as any...

2. Unfortunatly, I think this is the only tickling scene.

3. Burn Up, Burn up W and Burn up X are all pretty good series -- but they're what people call 'Ecchi Series'. They're mostly about girls with HUGELY oversized breasts, and lots of fan-service. If you're looking for something with some actual plot, ecchi series' usually aren't good -- however, these ones are very funny and have a nice little Bubblegum Crisis style background plot.

I'd recommend this series, unless you're offended by such blatant fan-service.

Well, basically, these are Lilica and Nanvel:

Lilica's the pink haired one, who appears in Burn up W (Warrior) and Burn up X (Xtreme). In both series she's the computer expert on a special forces team called 'WARRIOR'.

Nanvel's the big chested girl with darker skin. She's also only in Burn up W and Burn up X, and she's the mechanical specialist -- being able to build machines to do just about anything...so long as they give her the funding.

Speaking of Burn Up -- I just heard of a new series of it. It looks like different characters (Just like the characters in Burn up W and Burn up X were different from the ones in plain old Burn Up). It's called Burn up Scramble, and apparently is currently airing in Japan.
