Rose is on the couch with her legs covered up with a blanket and her husband Libertine walks in to sit down on the couch next to her. They are having a romantic night at home watching old cartoons and Rose has set out a fair amount of tickle toys on the coffee table. Libertine noticed Rose had a hard time moving and feels her feet/legs. He thinks she has shoes on, but lifts up the blanket to see she has on a special leather cuff that binds her ankles and big toes together pulling her bare feet taunt.
