Round 8 Football Pool Winner!!

This week's winner is (finally😀 ) Primetime! Actually, there was a three-way tie for 1st between Primetime, Giantfan and Tommytkl...but Primetime won on the tiebreaker, picking 51 points (56 scored). All three got ten picks right in a very wierd week that saw Carolina lose in a MAJOR upset, Brett Favre pick MY TEAM to break his dome-losing-streak against and the Jets come this close to salvaging thier season.

Gotta admit, Pennington looked good. If only, if only...well, now they gotta pretty much win out and go 10-6 to have any chance at a playoff spot. Seattle holds firm to the top spot in the NFC West with St. Louis' surprising loss, and even New Orleans is back in the thick of things with losses by both Tampa Bay (told you they were a one-season-wonder) and Carolina.

This week's picks will be posted a little later than usual, as I have a few Dr.s appointments today. Keep your eyes peeled.

Good going, PrimeTime... I'm surprised so many people got 10 picks right, considering all the upsets!

Da-a-ave! Ya gotta quit talking about the Hawks, you're going to jinx them! LOL Seriously, though, it sure does seem like they have a good chance this season. Take a look at the remainder of their season and you'll see that they play mostly mediocre teams... of course, those are the very games they seem to lose! Arrrrggghhh!!
