There is an old episode of Rugrats called "Radio Daze" where the gang is acting out an old radio show. Chuckie is captured by Angelica and the twins and taken to an old warehouse and tied to a chair. They ask him where the Malties are. When he doesn't tell them, he orders one of the twins to tickle his foot. He then tells the kids where they are.
