Rules of the Tickle Fight Thread

Right I feel that this is in order to make things a little fairer.Anyone who has any ideas please feel free to add to the list.So I'll start it off......

1. Anyone who is in the middle of a tickle fight and have to leave coz of real events can obviously leave but when they return they must resume in the position that they were in when they left-unless a week or something stupid has passed.But you get the idea.

2. If a lee and a ler post at the same time with different actions then the one that appears first is the one that you take into account.

Well, I think that since you made the thread, then you should have the final say on all the ideas, and plus I'm sure you'll be a very fair judge.

As you know, certain individuals (mainly me, TK, and Socks) give ourselves certain....special abilities, so to speak. So in order to keep ourselves from writing our way out of any situation, perhaps there should be some kind of limits on what we are capable of doing. We'll leave limitless ability for the Godmodding thread. 🙂

Another thing is that words can be taken specifically. I mean that if person A writes person B into a situation, then person B may be able to negate the situation with specific wording. For example, that time when me and TK had both disappeared, and she wrote me into a situation were I couldn't go invisible again, but because I never said that I went invisible, then I can write myself out of that situation.

These are really good ideas. I usually only give myself special abilities to answer other people's abilities (TKLVR18's magic, Lohkthyte's summons, et al.) And if there was a limit on that, I'd gladly respect it.
I propose a system sort of like RPGs use, where each person is allotted an amount of MP, or Magic Points, and each "Special" action they take uses up a certain amount of MP. Once they use them up, they can't do any more special actions for a certain amount of time.

Well that might be difficult to do since each individual person would have to set they're own limitations to some extent, though I'd certainly be willing to do that if others would.

And yeah, like Socks I did that since, with me almost completely being a ler, I needed to be able to keep TK in line. Well, that and I just love having power. 😀

And I also agree with the MP idea that Socks had, though in order to do that we would have to write out lists of abilities and their effects and stuff.

I might say something like TKLVR's Raven magic might be worth, say, 10 MP, and a Summon may be worth somewhere between 25-50 MP, and a person might have 100-150 MP per day or something. Just as a rough figure.

Eh, yeah true. I'll add a new rule too. Any moves that fall under the category of "Limit Breaks" can be used once per day too.

I just thought of something. This thread needs to be kept up on the first page, like stickied or something cuz other people who post in the TF thread will may need to see this.

You should also make sure to add new rules whenever you see fit, 03.

What about being able to say no if you aren't comfortable RPing with someone in the thread? I don't care/mind if you lot attack me but frankly, if someone random that I've never seen on here before jumps me in there, I kinda get...cranky. Permission to decline a ticklefight is important, imho.

How could I have forgotten about that? I agree. I also have a thing about being uncomfortable tickling someone that I haven't at least talked to a little.(unfortunately it's kinda hard to talk to someone in the TF thread a little, since it's almost always in the middle of a TF)
