There is this Sabrina the Teenage Witch Clip where Harvey, Valerie, and Libby come to Sabrina's house to study, but her aunt( not Hilda or Zelda) casts a spell on Sabrina's house to make flowers appear all over the house and they make Sabrina's Aunts fall asleep forever so Sabrina must clear the house of the flowers. Her magic won't work to get the flowers out of the house so she does it by hand and it takes her all night. Then they just reappear and Sabrina starts hullusinating and asking dumb questions. Then she says"I wonder if Libby's ticklish?" "LIbby are you ticklish?" and Sabrina starts to tickle her. If anyone finds it then they should post it.
