I just stood with my full weight on my new Sadhu boards (these boards come from the Yoga community) for the first time... what a wonderful, indescribable, almost unbearable pain!
seriously - these things are made for foot masochists like me! Today my poor soles didn't stand it for more than 5 seconds...😬

A wonderful tool for self-discipline!
