Please excuse if this subject has been dealt with already, but what are some of your favorite "safe words"? Also, do you think the concept of having safe words casts a shadow, or barier over a tickling session?

As a recent lee & long time Ler, I thank god for a safe word because the ler really dont know if your tire, or in trouble without it. Almost everyone say stop, quit, no, or I give it's common.

Yes i am thankful for the safe word.. As was said above as the ler you have no idea when the lee has really had enough or just need some air. Being a lee I love the safe word like my right arm. lol.

A safe word is a good idea. Pick an unusual word that you would never normally say so you can't accidentally blurt it out. I've never had to use my safe word, come close a couple of times but I held out. Part of the fun of being tied and tickled is the begging for mercy , knowing it isn't going to come !

This is a tough one for me to answer as a Lee. I have on many occasions gone into sessions where I specifically said I don't want a safeword. My reasoning behind this, is that I do want to give up control and throw myself at the mercy of a sadistic Ler. The reality however is that the Ler invariably holds back, and even worse just when things are starting to take off, stops and asks me am I alright.

Thus for a Ler there is obviously a certain amount of security in having a safeword present. However this kind of kills something for me, as I then feel that I am in control of the session and could stop it any time I want, which kind of takes the erotic edge off it for me. Especially as I might want to be forced to go places in a session which I would normally chicken out of.

YET THAT SAID, I have fortunately not found myself in a position where I was feeling nauseous, or pulled a muscle, or felt a heart attack or asthma attack coming on etc. etc. etc.

So no easy answers for me on this one as a Lee. If I was to be a Ler (which in my case is probably never) I would only play with a safeword.

Generally speaking I like to use "purple" as a safe word. But there is a certain ler out there who shall remain un-named who prefers to assign the safe word, usually a "safe phrase" if you will and it generally involves denouncing the driver of the #20 Home Depot car. That's just mean. And there aren't a heck of a lot of lers who can get my safe word out of me, but he can. Every time, if he so chooses. But usually we don't play with a safe word anyway. And that's always better.
