Found it. Season 3 Episode 8 "A good van is hard to find". About 4 minutes in Sarah is playing with a woman's feet, good sole shot.

Just has a heads up - there's no tickling. The scene involves sarah making puppets out the big toes of a woman who is dead. She was in a cult. Sarah thought she was sleeping. It's really quite situation. 🙂
