How much saran wrap does it take to effectively secure someone's legs? One roll? Two rolls?

I think you should have asked in term of layers. It depends on the amount of perspiration(dehydration); they want to exhaust.

Food grade wrap is too expensive to use in small rolls. Got to Office Depot and get the big rolls for shipping. Costs about $19 and will last a long time.

Once wrapped the amount of sweat the lee will produce can get impressive. They can become seriously dehydrated to the point where it can be dangerous. Watch the amount of time you keep someone wrapped, and how they are doing.

The wrap will increase the dehydration issue where ever it covers. You need to take care even on partial coverage. The more of the body that is wrapped, the more you need to watch.

Myriads is right, especially during the summer. The person wrapped will sweat like a pig (to be frank about it), become dehydrated, and really stink when unwrapped. Give them lots of water, use the A/C, and have a clean towel ready for a shower.
