It was a Saudelli bondage pic.
Great Franco just left out a key bit: the tickling hand!
FYI I modified her face a bit: squezeed eyes and raised cheeks - and smoothed pic on the whole; it had small jpeg artifacts.
Adding the hand was quite easy: I've just drawn it myself! 😀
Layering was quite straightforward - finally added captions and "action noises". BTW, I've gamma-modified the boot just make it less prominent, and clash less with "tickle" words.
Quite easy. A world of fun. 😀
