Actually it is a TV drama. Actress' name is something like Ka Ching-man. I am not aware of any version that has English subtitles. The name of the drama is something like "The saga of Yi-Tian and Tao-Lung" where Yi-Tian and Tao-Lung are names of two swords. It is based on a very famous swordsman novel which every Chinese knows about.
There is an acupuncture point in the sole called "Yung Chin". In this scence the lead actor is pressing that point on the lead actress' sole to force her to tell him a secret. He transports some "energy" into that point and it tickles. Of course she cannot stand it and begs and confesses. She is a Mongolian princess when China was ruled by the Mongolians.
