Just saw an episode of "Scooby Doo Where Are you" today. Shaggy and Scooby are trapped in this one cave by a ghost pirate named RedBeard. So Shaggy then pulls out an egg beater, turns it on and runs it along the ghosts belly. Laughter came afterwards so I assumed this had to tickle.
 
Thank you my Lady. I had forgotten about that scene. I remember it from my youth. Wish it had been on his feet, but what the hey.
