I found it on here a few years ago. It was about a group of college kids that started a fundraiser that involved setting up stocks for girls to be tickled. One of the girls setting it up volunteered to be one of the victims. It was written in three parts I believe.

Searches don't seem to be turning up much.

That wasn't it, but it is a good one too 😛

I also recall that one of the victims during the fundraiser liked being tickled, and tracked down the guy that was in charge of it, where she let herself be tied to the bed and tickled some more.
