I'm looking for a story I read awhile ago in which a female tickler has a man trapped, I think in a box, and only his feet sticking out. She taunts him that he is still fully clothed inside the box but that his feet are obviously exposed and bare.

Anyone recognize this?
 
Yes, I think it was simply called "the Box" and I've searched the site for it numerous times and it's gone. It was a great story.
