Searching for San Diego Bondage Dungeon Rental

Anyone know of a BDSM dungeon rental space near downtown San Diego that has good tickle stock equipment? The one I found online (Manor House?) has some bondage equipment but not really anything good for toe tying feet.

I used to shoot in SD at a couple locations. The only place near you, if they are still working with producers that has what you need would be house of black. They are on Fetlife I believe and you can message them directly.
