Searching for two comics

Hi all,

I'm looking for two comics that have proven very difficult to dig up.

The first is a comic of Power Girl, the comic is over 15 panels and Power Girls weakness is her ticklish ass.

The second I haven't seen in a very long time, but it is in the style of (possibly authored by) Feathery. I believe its 4ish panels of a massage that becomes ticklish. The masseuse is a foreign woman massaging a woman in a bikini.
