Searching old wrapped in duct tape tickling

I'm looking for a quite old video of a woman wrapped up in duct tape and tickled tortured by a man with sunglasses in some kind of garage scenario. I remember in the video you can see only the feet of the girl in nylon and he uses a brush and some electric tootbrush. It's pretty intense. It's half an hour long more or less.

Unfortunately I have no idea what the store is and I'm pretty much sure it's closed by now. Thanks for help
