Second foot tickled is more ticklish

My wife and I have been exploring her ticklishness. It almost always is the second foot tickled that is more ticklish. It doesn't seem to matter which foot I tickle first. The second foot I tickle is more ticklish. Anyone else experience this? Anyone know why this might be?
 
Interesting observation! My left is always more ticklish than my right, coincidently it is always the second tickled.
 
I think it has something to do with the psyche. I was told by a tickler once while he was only tickling one foot. He said that and worked on my other and I just howled in laughter.
