Reading at the "who have u told" 3thd i was wondering we need a secret code that olny who are into tickling can understand.
Try to think how many time it's possible to be talking with a person who like tickling and no one do the first step.
So my question is: in your opinion can a secret code, like a special way to give the hand or stuffs like that, works for know that we are into ticking when we meet in real life?
Apologizing you for my grammatic i'm wait youre opinon

Sounds like a great idea in theory!

I don`t know how to do it without making it so complicated that nobody could possibly remember it,however! If it`s too simple you risk the chance of someone inadvertantly or innocently indicating an interest that just isn`t there.I think I`d just quietly say to someone that I surf the TMF,and if they don`t recognize it as this site,I`d make something up to cover myself. The best way still has to be developing trust and friendship over time, and then seeing how they react to "this thing of ours"! :dogpile: :wiseowl:

The only problem with secret codes is that both sides must know them in advance. Even if all 42,733 members of TMF agreed on one, the probability of randomly bumping into another of us on a planet of 6 billion is doomed by the number of zeros to the right of the decimal point. But the term “TMF” itself makes an excellent code word for two people attempting to meet for the first time, after making arrangements here; much like James Bond does to identify fellow agents. You could approach anyone who fits a physical description given in advance with, “Hello, don’t I recognize you from the TMF”. If it’s the wrong person, they might give you a strange look, but won’t have a clue to what you’re referring to. But, if they respond, “Yes, I was the one with the extraordinary tactile sense of humor”, then you’ll know you’re in for exciting experience.

I am almost sure I read of such a code

Sometime ago, one has mentioned in the forums that there was such an attempt to create such a code in the past: I think it was having an orange pen or something of that sort...

Not sure how successful this initiative was, though, as some people may have one - but not be onto it... and others... don't dress in a way where there is a reasonable place to put such and item....

How about a pin, like the BDSM guys have with the BDSM symbol?

Wasn't it "I have a brother in Hackensack" or something like that?

Yes, tklrjoe, it once was

However, due to the large amount of people who turned out to actully have a brother in Hackensack, but not be into tickling, it was revoked.

Now we have to come up with something else...

Not EXACTLY what you're talking about, but didn't MaxSpeer write a tickling dictionary of sorts, defining commonly used terms? Some of those would mean NOTHING to people that aren't involved here.
