Elaine tickled an old man once. Krammer was once tickled by moths in his shirt. only other meantion of tickling was where Elaine and Susan were hanging out a lot more often, and Jerry made a crack about them stripping down to bra and panties for a tickle fight

this has no tickling but it is a wasted opportunity...
i remember one episode in which elaine was going out with some guy and they were sleeping on the couch together. anyway, elaine and him are laying side by side with their feet beside each others heads... there was a good long barefoot shot as he woke up with her bare soles right by his head, unfortunately however the situation was not capitalized upon... oh well.
