Selling used tickling material on E-bay

One of my college classmates, a fellow tickling enthusiast, recently contacted me. He's getting married, and his new bride has ordered him to surrender his entire library of tickling material (video clips, and so on). He passed it on to me, and I'd like to sell it on Ebay (most of it is stuff I've already got).

What are the legalities of this? Some of these are videos from folks like Magic Touch, others are CD Roms filled with clips from multiple producers. I don't want to do anything illegal, and I'm wondering
if seeling these items at Ebay would be okay.

Any thoughts?

To my knowledge and understanding, as long as the videos being sold are originals and not copies, it is legal to sell them on Ebay.

As for the clips, unless they were actual original composite CD's sold by the media company, they would likely be illegal to sell, especially if they were pay clips.
