Sexual Content In Tickling Stories

Most of you who have read and enjoyed my stories know that I write a wee bit dark, with few exceptions – horror, thriller, psychological terror. However, over the past several months I have noticed a significant trend toward the inclusion of descriptive sexual content in tickling stories. I’m definitely a fan, if it’s not gratuitously profane. I've refrained from including such content in past stories because of the nature of the audience for which I was writing. However, I find that I might like to try my hand at this for my upcoming story.

Therefore, for my next story, I would like input from all of you as to what degree of sexual content most of you find to be erotic, Vs. simply profane. Your help will greatly influence the outcome of my next story.

I’d like for you all to select which of the 4 choices below best describes the limit of sexual content you most enjoy in tickling stories. In other words, if C is your limit, you don’t have to select A, B, and C. It’s a given that C also includes the above choices preceding it.

I may eventually touch upon all of these categories, but since its been quite some time since I’ve written a brand new story for the forum, I want the next one to closely represent the desires of fans of my other stories.

Sexual Content:

a. No Sexual Content – Fully clothed; Tickling only
b. Mild Sexual Content – Sexually Suggestive; No Nudity; eludes to sexuality, but does not describe details
c. Explicit Sexual Content – Full Nudity; Describes details of sexuality; minor profanity
d. Graphic Sexual Content – No Holds Barred; Graphic Sexual Description​

I think C is a good level for stories. I mean the purpose in tickling, and not a full blown sex story, but I believe some sexuality, erotica, and nudity can be included.

Edit, off-topic side note regarding Helena's post. I don't think tickling needs to be the primary focus of the stories posted here. In fact, that would get unbelievably boring since almost all "tickling stories" are virtually the same once the fluff is peeled away. I'd like to see people exploring more varied and wild ideas, while keeping tickling as a thematic element, however minor...

Not saying I don't like your writing, Shadow. You're one of my favorite authors here. But the reason I like your stories isn't for the tickling.

I think this is a wonderful discussion topic.
I love sex, and I love tickling. I love tickling, and I love sex. If you want to write a story with everyone clothed, I'd read it. If you write a story with full nudity, I would read that too. If you decide your piece must include graphic sexual content, with no holds barred, kinky, wild sexual descriptions because nothing else will satisfy you, then I hope you will pm me and let me know where to find it.
However, tickling should be the primary focus of stories on this forum.

I understand what you're saying, but just to clarify my position. I'm not advocating the writing of a sex story, per se. But, just like murder mysteries, horror movies, and even comedies have sexual content in them, what I'm asking is what level of sexual content represents your personal limit.

It could be of course, that you're suggesting A (No sexual content). Is that what you mean?

You know very well that I did not mean that there should be no sexual content in stories.
Sometimes a really graphic sexual story is required along with tickling if that's what you feel like writing.
I could not choose A, B, C, D because I have no idea what direction you want to go with your story.
If I wanted to read straight porn, I would visit a porn site. I come here because I seek tickling in all forms.
I occasionally will post a story, and I hate restrictions of any kind being put on me!

I agree with you sabaki. To me a good story has a good plot to go with the tickling. Shadow has always done a wonderful job at making his stories very entertaining and different. Another one you might want to check out is Invisible Ink.

But back to the premise of the thread.....Hi Shadow 😀 definitely I would be willing to go with B but more inclined to say C. Tickling is sexy and I like when the story is sexy also. I am very looking forward to reading this story.

I like a mix.

I mean, tickling IS sexual for me.

But I like a build up. Start slow, then work up to full blown sexual no holds barred tickle-sex.

PS: I'd too find it extremely interesting to read a story from you, that wasn't written for "the audience" but one, that you wrote just for yourself.

I started to write that my personal preference is about a c and a half, but then I realized I'm a big fan of Anne Rice's Beauty series, which is decidely d at times.

You're a great writer. I'd say write what come to you, and if you worry that it's too graphic, a sentence disclaimer at the top of the post can give potential readers a warning for what lies ahead.

my last stories that I wrote were definitely B, maybe making the jump into C a couple times but not heavily... lots and lots of sexual innuendo and suggestion, but no graphic descriptions of sex 😉 but I have written stories that definitely qualified as a D 😀

actually, to me, if the story is well-written then it doesn't matter what category of sexually explicit material it falls in. If there's no sex but it's still a well done story, I'll love it. If there's loads of sex and it's written well, I'll love it too 🙂 certain things in stories are turn ons and certain aren't...just depends on individual taste. for instance, I like teasing and some orgasm denial in a story... but I don't really like the ones where the lee is forced to pee, etc. But then again, I've read stories that were so well-written that even if they contained things that I don't find sexually pleasing, I still enjoyed them.

I think most of you have allayed any concerns I might have had about the inclusion of sexually explicit content, so I'll let my pen do the rest of the work and not worry too much about the rest. Since I'm never really inclined to be vulgar in a story, you can bet it will be sexy as opposed to nasty.

Hey Tank. I have read a few of yours. To be honest, I have a hard time just keeping up with your grasp of historical knowledge. LOL However, I would say that you fall squarely in a C, and you do it quite well. Hopefully, my attempts will be as well received. Thanks.
