Well, I usually do it as follows:

At the top of the place where you are writing the message there are some icons (bold, font, font size ...). If you hover your mouse over them, you will see their names. Go to the icon that says "Insert Image" (I always do it with the image icon) ...

Then, "choose file" to choose the video and "upload file" so that it's in the message ...
