She talks about having sensitive feet and how this massager doesn't tickle at about 14:30. The other presenter talks about not being able to get a pedicure and seems to agree. she says something to someone off camera about not wanting to be tickled, but it's not quite clear what she's talking about.

Sounds like she says "I only want to tickle Bill Duncan, I don't want to tickle my feet". Bill is off camera, so must be a back story with them for that to come up
