Tonight (10:00pm) on Who's Line they had a bunch of tickling references. During the party game, Colin was "An Evil Tickler" something of the sort. He went around tickling Wayne Brady and tickling audience members. Looked like he tickled some of the audience members, but then started to just pretend to tickle them. The subject got started because of Wayne being ticklish in the first skit game they did, so they kept bringing it up throught the show. During the Ho Down, Colin mentioned tickling Wayne again.
