Searching for a clip from a cartoon from many years ago (1970s). Very similar to the Olive Oyl scene, but a different charcter ... ? porky pig. The victim is in stocks and has cat food spread across his soles by a pirate or captain. The cat licks his lips before licking the soles causing hysterical laughter. Its been some years since I saw this on TV so some details may be forgotten. Can anyone help ?
