Oh yeah that's what I thought at first too but I watched it back and saw that another hand looked like it was tickling the back of her arm and that I thought maybe he was tickling behind her ear as opposed to a wet willy. It definitely seemed like a ticklish reaction. Thanks btw! I take pride in these eyes of mine.
 
I think its a wet willy and he's holding her arm so she doesn't get up before he does it.
