Should I tickle my mother in-law?

I'm not married, but if I ever do marry, should I tickle my mother-in-law?

I'm pondering whether I should let me wife know about it.

Should I ask my father-in-law beforehand ? Should it be consentual or non-con ?

If bondage is used, should I tie her in a shopping cart in a discount store and tickle her in front of the employees in the electronics department ? Would they want to video tape the event ?

Should I invite my father-in-law and my wife to help me tickle my monther-in-law ?

Should I invite my own parents ?

I think it depends on how attractive she is. If she looks good go for it. For me I'm a foot/tickling-fetish person so if her feet are nice looking & she is some what attractive, I might go for it.
