Should Pete Rose Be Reinstated,.. And Elected To The Hall Of Fame?

I did a search about this question on forum before posting it. It hasn't been asked since 2004 Since the forum has grown considerably in that time, and with the new information of the money Rose earns from autograph shows, I wanted to pose it again.

After having been banned for, at this point, nearly 24 years.. Is it time for Pete Rose to be re-instated, to appear on the Hall of Fame ballot, and to eventually be elected to the Hall of Fame?

I have my own opinion.. but will not post it until I see replies to this question first.
