Signatures Not Showing

I just noticed that member signatures are not showing up in certain situations: 1) When a guest browses the site (as in not logged in), and 2) in Safari on iPhone. For the latter, I also confirmed that I was logged in and that the setting to show members' signatures in messages was enabled. When logged in, signatures seem to display fine in Safari on my Mac.
