I've heard this on the sattelite radio at work, but sattelite stations don't break to announce titles or artists. It's a heavily acoustic tune, really "torchy" and the female singer has a very ethereal voice. I know the chorus by heart now, but don't know who does it or what it's called...

"And the candles burn all night
Without you;
And the moon hangs out of sight
So blue
On 7th Avenue.."

Anybody able to fill me in on this one? Thanx in advance.
