(Really just a coincidence I saw this on a Sunday! Nothing religious here for sure!)
Maybe this (trapped fairy?) just needs to exercise her wings, and could use a little... incentive?

Edit: it almost looks like it could be a real woman, painted or powdered for some kind of "Performance Art." But it's too seamless, of course. 😛
