although there wasnt any tickling in this movie, there is plenty of scenes in the movie where the female actresses were barefoot. thinking about it, they were barefoot thourghout the movie.

Actually, I think it was more than just the barefoot scenes; I think there was a foot-fetish theme going on. You will have to rent this movie to check it out. But here is what I remember.

Remember the pool scene where the Rapper was in the pool with his girlfriend...he was definitely massaging the feet there. I think it was a low-key worship scene indicating that he was into feet. Too bad he didn't go for the tickle..

Then later, when they flashed back to the "abduction" scene...the Rapper's female assistant seemed to be ready to "play" on the couch. He didn't bite, because she didn't know they had been busted earlier by his guests. But what she had done was sit back on the couch, raise her feet and wiggle her toes at him. Kind of a strange gesture...except I think that it was written into the script.

It reminded me of that show Dream On, where the foot fetish thing was written in...but not really talked about. It was just part of the character.

Anyway...Skyline definitely had the feet thing going for most of the movie. Cute feet too. Cute actresses. It's too bad they didn't work the tickling thing in. (I mention the "potential" of that because this is not a foot fetish forum). Here is hoping for some tickling out takes that will be shown in the DVD?

Oh, puhleeze.

It wasn't really terrible. It was about the same as Transformers or other action-special effects films. Star Trek comes to mind. Terminator. Predator vs. Aliens. Others.

LOL. It won't win any oscar nominations (unless in special effects)...so it certainly isn't great for plot or character development. It's not an A movie. It is what it is.

I heard that it was terrible before I went. I have a friend who even said that it was so bad, that he would pay people not to go. Ha. But the kids wanted to go (11 and 15yrs). So I took them. They both loved it (rare) and I enjoyed it too.

Anyway, it clearly is not everyone's cup of tea. And I would not ever argue that it is a great movie. But it is far from terrible. Particularly given for the type of movie that it is.

But I went. And it was just fin.
